The above quotes mean so much to me. It is soooo easy to take something someone says personally and immediately react with defense. Everything everyone does is because of them, not you. It's hard to process at first but, once you realize....it is truly life changing. If someone is sour to you, it's because that is how they're feeling on the inside and if it wasn't you , it'd be someone else. WE HAVE CHOICE TO CHOOSE OUR REACTIONS. WE ARE ULTIMATELY IN CONTROL OF EVERY SITUATION. Because no one can get in here (pointing to my brain ;)
