Ummm Yes please!
Below is my new favourite yoga routine when you don't have a lot of time. I also like her personality :)
It challenged me and I sat out for one or two poses but that's okay because I'm excited to keep it up because obviously my body is telling "you need this work out dear!"
motivational tip: practice in your favourite bathingsuit or bikini. I mean come on not only does Yoga do wonders for your insides, but it doesn't hurt the outside either :)
